Whoever facing oil explode problem - In low flame put the corn and immediately cover with a lid not completely cover 90 percent. After golden brown take out and put another batch.

While frying oil exploded and it hurted my hands and legs.. whole kitchen was mess with full of oil.. Seriously scared to try it anymore

Thanks to Hebbar's kitchen! :) Recipe turned out to be very yummy. Would like to put in a word of caution : be really careful while frying the corn in oil because it tends to splutter.
