I must say AJ I've been following you for at least 6 years and I'm disappointed in your lead generation service. I know results will vary and so forth but my main gripes are the type of accounts that was given to me as leads. They were very small accounts barely needed ONE visit a month! my question would be- why would your lead generation service even consider these as a possible leads, if the place only needs cleaning one time a month? Do they even asked these questions when they're setting the appointments?? Such as- how many times does your office gets cleaned every week? How many employees are in your office at one given time? do you have a cleaning service already or do you perform your cleaning in-house? I ordered 10 leads which cost over $1,000 and only ONE of the leads was an account that needed cleaning service more than 2 times a month and when I say a month - I literally mean they only need us there maybe once a week! That was only one lead. Two other leads did not know who we were and did not need our services and we're clear about it when we arrived. Granted: For some cleaning businesses, who are just starting: that one time a month visit may be something but at OUR level of business $109/ MONTH is just too small for us. I wish there was a way that your customers who purchased leads can give you a customer profile that we are looking for. this way we are not receiving shotgun leads.
