The Barbie truck is full of Halloween Decorations. Barbie announces the Halloween decorating competition. Ken is going to decorate kitchen, garage, and front yard. Chelsea is going to decorate her room, bathroom, and pool. Barbie is going to decorate her room and living room. They are all so excited to make their house ready for Halloween. But first, Barbie sister Chelsea asks Ken to paint her room black. Then Barbie wants her room to be purple. Ken is worried he is not going to have enough time to put up his decorations. They race to take the best pieces from the trunk to make their assigned area the scariest. The winner of this competition gets ice cream in Barbie spooky kitchen.
