I remember 6yr old me watching this movie with tears in my eyes. I could be overthinking but I just though about one thing, we know they where looking for a castle but I have a feeling that it was so much more than that. By sticking together and staying strong they would find their happiness. Now when I look back I’m pretty sure this movie was the one one who teached, moved and affected me the most. I think I just learned what friendship and trust was. And how important it is to help and stick together with the people you care and love the most. I also think this song could simply be described with the word "hope" cause they said ”we’re gonna find” ( the castle - the happiness ) and everything will be okay at the end.

I'm 16 and my favourite barbie movies are Diamond Castle, Mermaid Tale, Mermaid tale 2, The 3 Musketeers but honestly I love all the old ones. The new ones aren't as good as the old ones - they've made it all about fashion and modern stuff whereas the old ones were about magic and friendship and believing in yourself. this song, along with the other songs from this movie made my friendship with my best friend. we sat together in class, and got talking about our shared love for this movie, and then next thing you know, every break or lunch time, we'd be singing these songs in the playground, even though we were both really stage fright. we knew every kid thought we were strange and weird, but we still sang every day.
