It is very exciting day for Barbie today. She is going to doctor's office to get her first vaccination shot. Barbie asks Ken to watch Barbie sister Chelsea and Chelsea promises she is going to be extra good. So Barbie picks her clothes and matching shoes from her closet and then she puts makeup on. She is ready to see the doctor. After Barbie left, Chelsea went to her closet and play a dress up in there. She picks some clothes, play with makeup, and tried on some of Barbie's shoes and hat. Chelsea did not realize how much mess she did. The lipstick is all over the chair, face cream is smudged on the carpet, and Barbie's fashion clothes are wrinkled on the floor. Chelsea is so happy with the new look that she created, so she is going to make a little fashion show for Ken. When Ken sees her, he is horrified. Not only Chelsea's makeup and clothes are awful, but he knew he is in trouble because Barbie closet is a huge ugly mess. Ken sends Chelsea to change back to her clothes and wash the makeup off, so Barbie is not going to suspect that Chelsea was playing in her room. Then they start to clean up, but Barbie is back. She just parked Barbie car in the house driveway. Chelsea and Ken are in big trouble! When Barbie sees the mess, she makes Chelsea and Ken clean up the whole Barbie house.
