I am amazed how versatile the Lena sculpt can be. So far, it has been used to convey Hispanic, Black, White and now East-Asian features.

They have not used it on a black doll yet Only blonde, latina and asian The oneyou are probably refering to is Simone But I get your point the Lina mold is very vrsatile❤

You can also use the tiny glue dots to stick the purse to her hands. She's a beautiful doll; she reminds me of Tulabelle True Yeti For It, my first Integrity Toys fashion doll (and still my favorite doll). Good review - thank you!

I am not yet tired of watching videos of her. I bought her nude from a reseller and fell in love even more when she arrived. I sew doll clothes, but I am still a little wistful for her outfits - just wish they were made with better quality fabric! It's like Mattel can't decide who their market is for some dolls. I know there are young collectors, but probably not a lot of them have Mattel accounts, so why not go all out and make the pieces adult collectors would appreciate. I'd love to see more sets like this available in stores. I just had a flashback to a leotard that exact same color I had as kid for my dolls - I think it was a Francie piece. It had similar blouson sleeves, with French cuffs I think, but it had a 70s winged collar and gold bead buttons. Wonder if this was an homage or just coincidence?

The Looks dolls are so expensive here. The regular ones are over £30 😢 I love that this one has accessories
