something that i really love about this new boys is the bodies, specially the butts. Ken has always been hunk and a little bit bulky but also had flat butt that not always match with his build. i love to see Kens with characteristics that would make the clouths fit better.

My Sean came in the mail yesterday and I now have the set minus Jon, who I am still looking for. Thanks for the warning about the flocking. I know now to be super vigilant about keeping these dolls away from my 3 year old twins, who would surely have that flocking destroyed in 5 minutes. I have seen many Kens from the 60s with all or most of their flocking intact and was under the assumption that it was tough enough to handle a bath.

@toohunky I own pleather that's exactly like this fabric. I also tested Sean's pants it's 4 way stretch dancer/stage pleather so this will last for years as long as it's not sitting in a hot room under direct sunlight. Heat will activate any polyurethane I'm surprised tbh because almost all toy manufacturers use 1way or 2 way stretch pleather because it's cheap and deteriorate quickly. Even HotToys and Sideshow uses it but as long as it survives 30days they don't care. So don't worry those will last at least 10-20yrs 2 way typically deteriorate after 6mo

And he's the third guy I'd like to add to my collection! ❤️ This time it's an extremely white fellow. With his platinum blonde hair he looks like a nordic guy and that's why I'd like to turn him into some norwegian or swedish ken so to match with the same barbies. And he has black clothings so they pop with his very white skin making the opposite with the black guy dressed in white from the same line, just a pity he doesn't have black shoes too. His hair are simply amazing as well as his beard too! About the tuxedo in the 80's Ken jackets were made with the opening in the front closed with a clip button and this is was so great! Such a pity they quit doing clothings like that! Btw I hope to find him soon available in my country and thanx again for this review!

I'm still waiting for him to get released in Europe. I am so gonna put him on my Amazon wishlist as soon as he becomes available on Amazon DE and Amazon SE. So far the only one available is the petite from this series and she is temporarily out of stock atm. I wish Mattel would make Creatable World dolls that was mtm. As a petite transguy (5'4/162cm), CW is perfect height for making a mini me. The head is too big though but thats an easy fix. Hehe.

He looks cool!!! :D Do you REALLY have one eye smaller than the other? Your face looks perfectly symmetrical to me. (Damn you again! LOL) I have tried that whole easing the doll onto those waist grips from the side and that has been working beautifully for me so far, so thank you for that tip. (I found that if I do it slowly, they are less likely to break. Like I have said before, I have broken countless stands by just forcing them into those waist grips front-on!) Love your 'Muscle top' BTW! It matches Ken's so well... and I'm very interested to see your modern-day Kens dressed up in 'older' fashion packs. (How old are we talking here, BTW? Are the other ones gonna be older than 2016? LOL that jacket and shirt DOES look very 'lounge act-y' as you put it. Nothing beats the original Ken black tux from 1961 IMO... the jacket is lined and constructed exactly like a human sized tuxedo jacket... and the tailoring is just as great. Though I must say that I really like those black 'brogues' from that 2016 outfit. They remind me of a pair I had for myself back in the late 80's and early 90's.) I LOL'd when Ken did a 'head-over-heels' flip there from that wire stand! The flocking would also come off of the vintage 1961 guys when it was washed, so I guess that hasn't changed, then. I also like the slightly more muscular physiques on Ken, (but not TOO over developed! Because then they start looking like those exaggerated action figures. LOL) LOVE his pose at the end... VERY Model-esque!!!!

Wheelchair Ken is more tanned, the Look Ken is lighter. BTS boys have bigger foot and smaller body. Wheelchair man, the Look 2021 and Superman can wear ordinary Ken's shoes. BTS shoes a bit loose on them, but ok with socks.
