I am so glad you enjoy Barbra the way you do. She is my all-time favorite for life! Yes, you should see A Star Is Born (Streisand/Kristofferson version) if you haven't already. It's an excellent movie - a tear-jerker for sure. Woman in the Moon is a real powerhouse song shows off her amazing range

You really do need to watch the movie... this song takes place when her husband kind of tricks her to perform for the first time in front of a large live crowd, which she didn't think she was ready for. Yeah, right. Great reaction, Dani, as usual. Her voice is really so effortlessly off the charts.

Not sure who Kathleen Crowley is, but the first iteration of "A Star Is Born" (1937), starred Janet Gaynor.

@@donnamentrasti2695 Oops you're absolutely right. Kathleen Crowley starred in a 1951 television adaptation of 'A Star is Born.' But the movie original was Janet Gaynor as you stated. Never saw that 1937 version. Have seen the other three. I regret the error. Thanks for correcting me.

Oh yes, an excellent recommendation. It's on her greatest hits Volume 2 album, which is my favorite Streisand album. All in Love is Fair is another song on that album, as well as My Heart Belongs To Me that you will enjoy. Actually, that entire album is GREAT. NOT on that album is a song called "Comin' In and Out of Your Life" that is excellent and a duet with Celine Dion ("Tell Him") that is amazing. She has 50 albums with many great songs so enjoy your journey of discovery!
