How's the seaweed situation? We are planning on going first week of April next year. I'm hoping April will be ok in terms of seaweed

@@Bunny3214, I can say, and show only videos for the January. It wasn't our first stay there, and didn't have any issues with the seaweed each time. So, I doubt that seaweed sutiation will be different in April. I’ll be there in less than two weeks and plan to take my DJI Mini2. Did you need permission to fly there?

I didn't apply for any permissions, and I din't fly above 400ft. DJI Mini2 should be less than 250gr, so it might not need any permissions. Google suggest that 4.4 pounds and above require registration. But it is always good idea to check local authorities, and for DR it is www.idac.gob.do/ayuda/buscar/drone/
