I do not speak Spanish only English ( I wish I could but I'm old dog now) can I get by with only English? I'm a premium member and would like to go to all Barcelo properties in my favorite place, Mexico.

Of course, the service is excellent. I went to the one in Riviera Maya and they speak perfect English. What I would recommend is that to get from the airport to the hotel, you hire an extra transportation service since the rates are exaggerated for foreigners. 😊
