I'm 60 now and have listened to BJH since the 70s. Classic track, fantastic band. They were called the poor mans Moody Blues, even named one of their tracks after them, but they were never 2nd to the Moodys. Brilliant. Timeless.

You remember some songs and you're reminded of others. if others won't remind you of "you" - what's left? Only choice? Strength? Pleasure? Conformance? Stagnance? This is a great song I enjoyed and "tripped" over. Simple. ah? A little electronic's effect' but otherwise ...less noise then in many "more popular' pieces.

One of the most forgotten bands, they dosen't have earned that. "Eyes of the universe" is not to find on you tube. Les Holroyd or John Lees, who is the one? Who is Barclay? Both!. What Pink Floyd has never learned, only the both, Gilmour and Waters, three... are the one. Good old time: Barclay Pink Floyd and Supertramp.

Es heißt "A Concert For The People (Berlin)".

If you like this do yourself a favour and check out The Enid's reworking of this song, and clips of their great music. Robert John Godfrey (a founder member of the Enid) was involved with BJH providing orchestration. Not sure if I'm allowed to provide a direct link but if you type The Enid on google you should get a link that says "Welcome to the The Enid OFFICIAL Home of The Enid". Then go to the "Listen and watch" page on their site.

(Although he always sang, the swans, When they hear the nearby death, Rise higher and more beautiful their song, Pleased because they know they go to the God of which they are ministers. The men, however, with all their fear of death, Misinterpret this song And they say that they complain so why are dying And, then, sing for the pain! Not knowing that no bird sings when he is hungry or feel cold or are sick, Although it is argued that their song is a cry of pain; No bird, think, sing for the pain Let alone the swans that are sacred to Apollo. So, it equipped as they are prophetic sense, The swans, provide the delights of Hades and sing happy, On that occasion, More than they have ever done in their entire lives.)
