The photo where she is seen with red hair is beautiful ♥ This girl is very cute and very pretty ♥ There is a line of the Subculture that is from the Fairies (they are those who love fantasy as she likes it) so the essence of Goblin/Elf could have been maintained, only by changing it to dark tones, it was not necessary that use pure and exclusively black (although it is the tone that we generally use), you could have used dark tones such as purple, dark red, dark green, dark blue, etc. Her hair could have been kept, maybe not in two pigtails, but loose or something similar. The look they gave her is rather Gothic, rather than Goth. The difference seems subtle but it is not the same to put together a lot of black clothes and that's it (Gothic) than to include, for example, bands like Bauhaus, Sisters of Mercy, Siouxie and the Banshees, etc (Goth). Also, something of the traditional gothic is the shaggy hair, reference Roberth Smith. She doesn't seem to like pants, it wasn't compulsory for her to wear them, she could have worn a short skirt and even a long one... Many goths wear very long skirts and high boots underneath. The boyfriend says "I love her for who she is, not for her style." He's very loving on her part, but if he loves her, that includes her style because it's part of her, because she expresses her taste in her aesthetic. There is Fairy Goth and Pastel Goth. Both styles would fit a lot with her essence. But hey, it would be aesthetic nothing more.
