A MODEL and social media influencer is embracing her dentures after making her teeth part of her brand, but unfortunately, not everyone is so accepting when it comes to dating. 25-year-old Lily Magno, originally from New Jersey, lost her two front teeth in 2017, at the age of 13, following a skateboarding accident with her friend. She got dentures last year and while she has fully adjusted to the change, it has negatively affected her love life. Luckily for Lily, she has since found the strength to dismiss negative encounters with guys she is interested in. Now if someone she is on a date with reacts negatively when she takes out her dentures it proves they are 'too immature'. Today Lily is going on a blind date with Jacob Anderson - a 27-year-old loan officer and model from California. Will Jacob see past Lily’s difference and will the two hit it off?

Love this! I grew up with a prosthetic leg (from cancer) and I had so many rude males say some mean things to me that made me question my self worth in high school. Fast forward to junior year, I had a crush on a guy and we were talking, and after getting the courage to tell him (since it was a deal breaker for others), he replied, “Oh, cool. My cousins actually had cancer and he has a fake leg, too!” My difference was never an issue to him. Find people that are kind and mature enough to look past your differences. It’s so worth it! (We’re going to celebrate our 18th wedding anniversary next month!)

Yeah, I have braces and they started destroying my teeth and at this point I’m ready to have them all removed and get full dentures but it’s SO expensive, I’m a single mom and I can’t afford it. Most of the teeth they affected were my back teeth so it wasn’t as bad but now my teeth that show when I smile are starting to die and fall out, so I literally stay inside all the time. I honestly can’t believe I’m putting this out there on here for people to read but, it’s my truth and it sucks, but I’m glad to know I’m not the only one who has to deal with how cruel society is when they expect for people to have perfect smiles..

Are people really that vain because she has a couple fake teeth. All of my molar teeth are fake, and I have several crowns as well. She is beautiful either way and teeth can be fixed in many ways if she ever decides for function. BTW they look super cute together, I hope they go out again.

@@SuperHalo78 obviously it depends but my main point was compared to just 10-20 years ago, it’s WAY cheaper. just like how TVs are obscenely cheap compared to 1950s, and how crazy good LASIK is now, the capitalist private arm of health care has come a very long way in a short period and helps more people than ever. and two grand is attainable, it just depends on your priorities. i know a guy (hair stylist at great clips)who paid 1500 to get his ears sewn back(he had huge gauges) and that’s not bad considering the confidence and emotional boost. 2k to smile proudly without nervousness….some want that more than others and they will find a way for the money. hell, a personal loan for that amount, especially for a health thing, is very doable. my gf got a carecredit card(credit card for health and emergency stuff, including vet visits) for a pet thing and also used it for glasses. She had bad/little credit. still paying it off, but that’s cuz she sucks at paying bills on time, lol. if it’s important people will find a way and the price is not gouged imo.

Whoever's scared off is short sited and cant see a gem when its staring them in the face . I had an accident playing table tennis when i was 15. My step brother threw the racquet at me. My front top tooth was saved. Until i was about 26 than it got weak and fell out. im now 33 and the front tooth next to it is getting weak. I dont think it has much longer. This video has helped with self confidence alot

So #1 she's super pretty. #2 Dental care isn't included with Healthcare in the USA, and even if you buy dental insurance it doesn't include emergency care or anything beyond regular cleaning and maintenance ... It's a running joke in the USA about how bad British people's teeth are, but ours are infinitely worse, because it costs thousands of dollars to get care for them.

I struggle daily as I am on the road to full dentures at a young age. After back to back pregnancies and an autoimmune issue, my teeth are literally crumbling and disintegrating. It is so embarrassing and I am glad I can use covid as an excuse to always wear a mask so no one can see.

I'm 31 Same situation after 3 pregnancies and health issues my teeth were disintegrating by the day, was terrified to but I got dentures and it has been absolutely wonderful. Wasn't bad at all from extraction day till now and I can't recommend dentures enough. 💯💜💯💜

My Staffy jumped up and hit my mouth that hard he knocked my 2 front teeth back and one either side of the fronts total of 4. The dentist couldn’t save them so I had them taken out and I now have a flipper denture. It actually looks a lot better than my real teeth did and absolutely nobody knows apart from my daughter and my other half! 😊 (now all of YT 🤪😂🤣)

Having worked in dentistry for 25 years, I can attest that there’s nothing inherently wrong with using a removable prosthesis. As long as the dental lab and dentist collaborate effectively, ensuring that the restorations align in shape, size, and shade with the adjacent teeth, most people won’t notice or be concerned. However, it’s worth questioning why the dentist didn’t recommend fixed implants in this particular case.

I have PBC&PSC, & fatty liver so that took my teeth I only have my front bottoms and no partial. But full denture on top , my dentist won't take out bottoms and do a full denture. So that has been messing with me but seeing this lovely lady's confidence is making think I need to be more like her.

I don't know if they are being polite or if they just really don't notice. But I guess when I see people with little imperfections I just see a person, not their defect and to me a persons character has always been far more important to me than how they look
