BARD R DEALS DAMAGE?
Listen up chat, remember when we made an Anivia build that made her W deal damage, well lets see how much damage we can give Bard R…
The R deals no damage right, but just like the Anivia W it will deal 0 proc damage. So in theory hextech alternator should make it deal damage right, but I wonder if the statis effect will apply before or after the damage of hextech alternator?
Ok ok thats perfect so it works.
Before I continue with the build I wanne do my runes… I dont think Comet and summon aery will deal damage because of the statis. Oh ok I think dark harvest should work…
What are other items that work really well…
