Quad Tour through Bardenas Reales to the Limit | Spain France with Motorhome and Quad Winter 2023
Today we're taking you on an exciting adventure into the fascinating desert of Bardenas Reales. But before we get started, we need to make sure our quad has enough fuel - after all, we don't want to get stranded in the middle of the desert surrounded by vultures, do we? So, off to the gas station, and then we're off!
The desert of Bardenas Reales is like a huge adventure playground just waiting to be explored. With its fascinating rock formations, gentle hills, and endless off-road trails, there's something here for every adventurer.
Traveling without a map is, of course, a bit risky, but that doesn't deter us. We simply rely on our sense of adventure and follow the tracks ahead of us.
On our way, we traverse the rugged landscape and pass by the impressive "Castil de Tierra," the landmark of the desert. But here's where the action is! Crowds everywhere. So, we decide to come back later to explore the landmark at our leisure.
The landscape here is simply surreal - with its bizarre rock formations, deep gullies, and dry riverbeds. But nothing can stop us, not even the deep water trenches that we effortlessly cross.
During our ride, we even encounter some feathered residents of the desert - majestic eagles and curious vultures watching us from above. A true natural spectacle!
But suddenly, we reach a spot that's even too wild for us. So, we decide to turn back and take a different route. Safety first, right?
On the way back, we make a stop at the famous "Castil de Tierra." This majestic landmark rises like a castle from the desert landscape and offers a breathtaking view.
After an exciting day in the desert, we finally return to our motorhome to prepare for New Year's Eve. A campfire, raclette, and a glass of champagne - what a perfect ending to a day full of adventure and fun!
