Barefoot College Story- DST( Department of Science and Technology, Government of India) Film

Barefoot College Tilonia was visited and filmed by the Team of Department of Science and Technology, Government of India. Innovations in solar program are done by Research and Development Unit operating in Tilonia in collaboration with DST. The unique work of making Barefoot Solar Engineers through 6 months training to less educated and illiterate women is being done here. This is a strong step towards women empowerment.
