Do you use an app or know of one that you take a picture of an item and it tells you what it is and it's value is

Google Lens. Even just the google.com website itself on a computer. When you go to google.com, at the very right of the search bar in the middle of the screen, there's an icon of a camera. Click that icon and it takes you right into Lens where you then upload a photo, and it finds similar photos on the internet, and from there you can find out what it is and how much it's worth.
