Yours was one of the first KZbin channels I watched, and honestly, there is no one who compares to you in sheer creativity and diversity of projects. Such cute projects! Tip; save your jar lids, peanut butter, twist off, coffee can lids to use in place of the styrofoam rounds, zero cost and you can stack different sizes for say the mugg toppers!

Hocus pocus and Halloween town are my favorite Halloween shows! ( : I almost bust a seam when your ghosts started driving around the house on the remote control car from 5 below! That was awesome and sooo creative! ( : I love the lantern path! It came out sooo fantastic and easy too! Fantastic idea! ( : Oh my heavens, your Nightmare Before Christmas mug came out phenomenal! I have been following you since before you got married, so I've see lots of your diys, but this one is my new favorite! I don't know what I love more, the mini DT haunted houses or the faux candy Pumpkin Mickey! Absolutely adorable!!! I sculpt miniatures professionally and the best thing to smooth out the clay would either be corn starch or rubbing alcohol. Corn starch for things like finger prints and over all softer looking texture. Rubbing alcohol kinda breaks down the surface of the clay and makes it feel more like wet air dry clay (I hope that makes sense lol) and helps to smooth out larger areas. Also the tools you got are perfect! I can't remember the last time I made something w/out a color blender, the rubber tips on the tools. So excited to see what you have for us all this holiday season! Thank you for sharing so many great DIYS! PS If you decide to use more polymer clay remember you can make all your faux sprinkles yourself. It's one of the things I make so much of.

Go back in and age the windows. Then dry brush greens and browns over the whole thing. Very light, barely noticeable. Very cool.

Great job Bethany! My favorites: The DT haunted Halloween house, the moving ghosts, handmade clay Jack Skellington and the spiders on the wall. All creative, looked great and shows how creative you are. I personally think you should start a new series where you step up your crafting game. Still have DT crafts but add in some new series dealing with whatever products you would personally choose, even if the materials are more expensive than DT. You have some serious talent Bethany, but you are kind of boxed into basically only using inexpensive materials from DT. As part of your audience, I would love to see you expand as a Crafter and use any type and price point of materials you wanted to use to level up your crafts. As an example I would say it is like being a great sculptor but only given Play Doh to create. Just a thought for you, great job! - Melissa
