How did I go for you? I’m 6 months post op and I’m stalling and my weight fluctuates and it’s really frustrating

I’m doing fairly well. It’s been 8 months since my surgery. I was 283 lbs day of surgery, a few weeks ago I was down to 213 lbs. today I’m 217 lbs, however people tell me that it looks like I’m still losing weight. I eat the same amount of food every day and I focus mainly on eating protein. I do lift weights 4 times per week. At this point idk if the weight gain I had is related to my workout routine.
