Welcome back to Hourless Life where we are overlanding around the world.
Today we are in Barichara, Colombia. This pueblo is considered to be the jewel of Colombia. By far, Barichara, Colombia has been the most highly recommended destination for us to visit in this country. So of course we had to go!
Visiting Barichara, Colombia is like traveling back in time. The streets are cobblestone; deals are still made with a handshake; and every turn holds a new wonder awaiting discovery. Also, the food here is fantastic. From local artisanal breads to our favorite burger joint in the country so far, Barichara has it all!

This is no doubt a very beautiful town in Colombia. Reminds me a little of El Retiro and Jericho where I have my Carriel’s made to my liking. It also brings memories of my trip to El Carmen del Viboral, La Ceja, Santa Elena with Los silleteros, Rionegro and San Antonio. Super excited to visit this phenomenal town. Yes, so we had to clear the restraining strap for the door, and extend the wires that power the windows on the rear passenger door,. ~ Eric
