Bario - The Kelabit Highlands

This is the birthplace to the indigenous Kelabits. Sitting approximately 1200 meters above sea level, it is located in the heart of Borneo.
We had the opportunity to visit here for 3 days 2 nights. In this video, we are going to show you our experiences at the Kelabit Highlands, also known as the Land of a Hundred Handshakes - Bario, Sarawak.

I never tried using flight to Bario , but land route is quite the journey. Only last year started to capture and made a video journal of my roadtrip that took 18 hours from Miri with a huge convoy of 4x4s. This year would be visiting again probably for the Nukenen fest .
