Hipsters and overpriced coffee. 21:23 Shop name: "Expensive Coffee Please Supercha" 22:24 Tutorial time. The coffee shop costed dragoons' college fund but at least it comes with free WIFI. 25:58 Setting up Espresso machine, OH NO READING. Dokicheer 45:11 Another client immediately comes in when Doki's still trying to upgrade shop. 46:48 Someone comes in when shop is closed. Doki confused but does the order anyway. 48:01 Checking the review tab, accidentally spreads misinformation online. 49:20 Order finished, shop closed. Doing some shop management. 50:40 Noticing the choice to hire security, Doki realizes there is a possibility of getting robbed. This game really is realistic. 52:28 New hire (Liam) comes in, and the shop immediately gets dirty may or may not due to him. 54:28 Dokistressed, playing copyright free coffee shop music to ease the pain. 55:59 New day after sleep. Realizes that the shop does not have a restroom. 57:12 Customer comes in, and looks at Doki instead of the new hire. 58:06 Liam is actually working! 58:56 Doki's doctors hand writing on the cup. Also Doki stress overload 1:02:05 There's a LOT of things happening at the same time. Making coffee, may need to hire, needs to upgrade shop. 1:03:35 Cups order refuses to arrive, gotta sweep sweep sweep. Everything is going wrong. Doki overwhelmed 1:04:57 Cups arrived, back to making the order. 1:06:39 "Are you guys calming down from the coffee shop music?" (The answer is no) 1:07:49 "Please don't leave a negative review, I used the dragoon college fund to to buy this shop, if you leave a negative review all 750K dragoons won't be able to go to college" 1:09:14 "Send help" 1:09:33 "What time it is? IT'S ONLY SIX P.M.? I feel like I've been working for 5 hours! " 1:11:20 Doki regaining her confidence as a coffee shop owner. But for how long? 1:12:45 Closes shop, sweep sweep sweep. 1:13:34 Electric Grinder acquired. No more manual grinding. 1:14:45 "Guys please don't come to my store I have enough customers" (Pain) 1:15:38 Doki seeing the light with the electric grinder that frees her from manual grinding. Technology is truly beautiful. 1:16:34 Doki premaking espresso. "They won't be able to tell!" 1:17:41 The coffee she made at night is still warm! Dokicheer. 1:18:44 The first customer orders the only thing she doesn't have. Mom gave me a Keurig Coffee Maker like 12? Christmases Ago Great Hot water maker if you put one of those refillible k cups in their with no grain in it, shitty coffee maker as its scalds the grain. if you use it with k-cups What I have is either a French Press with 2 Tablespoon(42.50 grams) Coffee and 10 second count after water comes out Keurig before pouring 8ounce water(236.58 ml) in French Press and count 4 minutes before lpressing and Pouring. (This will be equal to a double shot in stregth for making coffee drinks OR I use a 2 cup pour over French drip with reusable mesh filter with 1 Tablespoon(21.50 grams) coffee grain and count 30 seconds water comes out of Keurig for medium Roast(20 seconds for light, 40 seconds for dark) before pouring 10ounce(295.74ml) hot water slowly into French drip sitting on cup (this is Strong Amercano....2 shots with water stregth) All Keurigs have same flaw of burning kcup coffee as I've had 3 so far with current one being a K25 I got for $39 at Walmart(Christmas Return?) Rarely go to Starbucks as adding Peppermint Cocoa or Pumkin Spice Cocoa to French press or French Drip Coffee makes Italian Style Peppermint Mocha and Pumpkin Spice Mocha....my seasonal favorites
