So, from what I've been able to glean, the human and the wolf-man who first recruited Bari into the revolutionaries... those two eventually either left the group or betrayed them to the Regime, where the wolf-man himself was augmented with what I'm assuming are magitech replacements for his arms. Also, from what I could gather, Tenor Saba, the inventor, was the "little brother" kobold at the beginning of the video, indicating that some time has passed, presumably while Bari wasn't communicating with his family.

To me, it seems like the wolf is the only one that left the revolutionaries, if he was ever with them, while the lady seems to be working as an insider. You can see her by the window in the poker scene, but when they are intercepting the interrogation, she's nowhere to be seen. The photo also could be a clue to that, with the burn meaning that she probably jumped between Bari and the wolf in that clash and died. As for the second point, I think that the little Kobold could be Alto instead. Tenor's scales are a bit more lighter in comparison, and the red coat is similar to what Alto wears later on. Plus, Bari could've decided to go to the Big city he ended up in to look for Tenor. And maybe Alto later followed, causing problems along the way, which is why he ended up with a bounty. I think that Tenor went away even before Bari, probably to get funded by the empire or in search of better resources for his inventions. I'm also curious if the rest of the names are going to follow the musical pattern or not. Can't wait for other videos.

I would like to see a variation where instead of the guitar being more powerful the louder you played it, it is instead more powerful the better you play the song. So even a quiet tune could be very powerful when played beautifully. (Also could change how characters act in stressful situations. In a bad situation they must remain calm and play well.)
