Man, this brings back some memories. Sitting on my bed in a shared house in Huddersfield at 5am in the morning with this on my headphones watching the sun rise and just feelin' so damn goooooood. Still got it on CD somewhere. Great to hear it again. Magnificent.

It definitely has that Talk Talk feel going on here. Which is about the highest compliment I can pay to a piece of music.

The highest compliment that you can pay Talk Talk? Wouldn't a greater compliment in fact be that this definitely has that identifiable Bark Psychosis feel going on here?

I love this. Talk talk and the first album by The Verve. Anyone can recommend me music that has the same style?

Maybe try out Slowdive's Pygmalion. it doesn't share the same grade of similitude as the one between the best Talk Talk and Bark Psychosis stuff - and maybe lacks the longevity, the resilience over subsequent hearings that these two have. But it certanly deserves attention.

@Chernobyl Explorer I like them too, but it's more "heavy". I guess there is nothing really like Bark Psychosis!

go outside, look at the trees, the birds, the sky, feel the ground under your feet, the warmth of the sun on your face, and smile and you will realize that life is beautiful, god loves you, and there are other people out there that share this same music with you within this short, always fleeting, timespan that is existence

Hi I have an assumption that, like for any other thing, you can stimulate your feelings come back but it's hard psychotherapy. As for me I didn't do meds for a long time, I just had and continuing have depersonalosatoon-derealisation caused by drugs and mental problems. But it is all movable changeable
