It says a lot when RM not only sponsors athletes, but that their athletes actively wear them while winning championships and medals. @Nelson Nelson what kind of logic is that? The tourbillon has been around for a while, but is consistently regarded as one of the most fragile watch movements around. Watchmakers usually recommend you don't even CLAP while wearing one. G-Shocks are all digital--the tech needed to keep them stable is far less expensive. A G-Shock-level shock resistant tourbillon is nuts, no matter how you slice it. I mentioned purpose for case materials, not for the tourbillon. The tourbillon is for the engineering flex, the case materials, lightweight nature, and ergonomics are so that someone like Nadal can feel comfortable enough wearing it to not he hindered at all while winning Grand Slams. If you want to keep talking trash about stuff you don't know anything about, when I've actually tried them on extensively in person and study a lot of the engineering, that's fine. Hublot is VERY underrated. While Patek is getting rid of hand finishing and lowering quality Hublot is constantly make new materials and unique designs that no other brand would come up with like the Laferarri and MP-11. They even have a Big Bang with a Tourbillon, Minute Repeater, Chronograph, sapphire case, and all packed into a thin movement for a fraction of the cost of a Patek

Patek makes quality watches, but people don’t know how to take care of luxury items. You don’t swim in the chemical pool with it. You buy cheaper watches for safaris, swimming, tennis, beach, off road adventure, etc. It happens with other luxury brand watches too. Paying more for car doesn’t mean it is ATV and can do anything but fly. You don’t drift with Rolls Royce or off road with Lamborghini Huracan

honestly, i like Hublot. I think most of their watches look great. As far as what you said about watch enthusiasts not caring about the price to be cool? C'mon man... If that's the truth 75% of wealthy people would wear a cheap watch and call it a day, or maybe buy 2 for the hell of it. I think Watches, esp really nice once are a piece of jewelry and the fact that Hublot charges what they charge shouldn't be a reason they are "hated" The market decides price NOT the co. If the market didnt agree with the price point, they simply would go out of biz. Just my 2 censts

Back in 2002 they weren´t this lousy. The Chrongraph B in a yellow gold case was actually a really nice and elegant looking piece that was offered for around 8,5€. I came close to buying such an expo piece with the dark red/purple dial. Absolut stunner for 7K€. The Classics in steel was around 3,5-4K€ and still kinda okay for it´s price point. However.. The Big Bang changed all of that and none of it was changed for the better, only for the worse. Since the introduction of that line no real enthusiast buys a Hublot. Nowdays it´s pretty much only the "Holiday in Dubai footballer crowd" who likes and wears them. That should tell you something...

Literally no one ever... has ever even hinted to me, EVER... that they, or anyone else they know, hated HUBLOT. Not even one person. A group of people, or a movement or trend across the world? I dont think so. To suggest that HUBLOT s the most hated Luxury Brand; is to suggest that people even think about HUBLOT long enough to care who they are or what they do... I don't think anyone even thinks about HUBLOT, other than their customers and employees.... Which means by default, that anyone even thinking about the HUBLOT Corporation at all, doesn't "Hate" them... Who literally has time to even develop a hate for HUBLOT, and make that a thing?

A lot of people in the watch community or carry an interest for watches dislike Hublot due to the points stated in this video. They see Hublot as somewhat of a scam as they charge you high prices for not great quality.

@@thanismurugathas2929 Respectfully... It makes zero sense for folk to complain about being charged too much, for an item they didn't even have to purchase in the first place...
