This video is the first in a new series in which we get Gliss in the hands of artists we deeply respect. It is our great pleasure to open this series with Barker, a Berlin-based electronic musician and DJ working on the outer limits of dance music.

Quick patch explanation from Sam for anyone interested: Clock from Expert Sleepers FH-2 going into 4MS QCD. /2 division from QCD into mutable instruments branches to make 2 random alternating trigger outs, going into 2 channels of Cycle Instruments Tetrachords (being modulated by Gliss). Another QCD output with /4 division triggers a third Tetrachords channel for the bass note. MIDI out from the Tetrachords goes into 1010 Music bitbox micro sampler, with a Rhodes and Marimba sample set assigned to the first two alternating 8th note channels, and a sine wave to the quarter note bass line. This goes through 4MS DLD delay and Happy Nerding FX Aid reverb.
