John Jinapor should tell Ghanaians who signed the AKSA Enerji PPA and collected bribes from the Turkish company. Was it Kwabena Donkor, John Mahama or he Jinapor himself? This bribery, facilitated by one Asante Berko who is facing trial at the Southern District Court of New York. The bribe taking that characterized John Mahama's take-or-pay PPAs has contributed to the Energy Sector Debts and the high tariffs Ghanaians are paying now.
