Barking Dog From HELL Part II

This is a continuation of the last BARKING DOG video... After 6 months of this relentless barking, it's obvious the owner doesn't give a shit. I've asked him to get a bark collar, He told me to move if I didn't like it. The city has warned, but he ignores their citations. This used to be a nice quiet neighborhood until the lower class moves in with their lack of respect and consideration of others. What would you do with this dog barking all day... every day?!

I have the same problem,when my neighbors got new dogs when their old dogs died,they taught them nothing,so I got the city on them and not we don't talk. No concideration for others . Selfish people. Now I have a new property in another state and have the same problem, German shepards are the worst offenders. When I move there it will be a battle because I will take the to court if need be and it will cost them.

Solution is easy. Shut down the street to make sure nothing triggers their alarm system.
