LOVE YOUR VIDEOS!!! any tips for hand/rein position in dressage! I've just moved up to a bigger stronger horse and I've been feeling like its harder to keep my hands down and in the correct spot. Have any tips? 💗

thank you ! honestly just be really mindful about your hands at all times ! another tip ive heard is to imagine that youre holding 2 ice cream cones & you have to keep them steady or the ice cream will fall out 🍦

what is wrong with you? anxiety is a serious thing and people who are “our age” often suffer from it because boomers such as yourself decide our mental health is invalid because you never personally experienced it. it’s common in today’s world because of the world you and your peers have created for us. your standards are too high. you teach people like us that we have to live up to other people’s standards. get over yourself you wrinkly raisin, because we don’t want you here, near our beautiful grapes. go take your own inner ugly somewhere else. please go to your local comedy center and tell your stupid jokes to somebody else.

It’s a normal part of life so that’s exactly why we should talk about it like she does. If it’s a normal thing then why are you so obsessed with invalidating it? Your opinions literally directly contradict each other, saying kids are ‘claiming it’ (like we’re lying about it or something) and then saying it’s a normal thing everyone goes though. Your the exact kind of person who is quite literally the problem and the reason why people need to speak out about their anxiety.
