Cara looks stunning! She has filled out so well and developed muscle. I wish that you could have more lessons. Are you still in school? With so much talent (both you and Cara) it would be so great to be able to jump more. I know how hard it is to pay for everything or find time when you are in school. I used to help with the barn work on weekends when the trainer and horses were away at shows. Then I would get two lessons for that week!

uh sis i wouldnt say weight is as big as just physical fitness. luckily in our sport you can be slightly overweight as long as you are physically fit and not hurting the horse

@@rachel3591 Thank for your encouraging post as nowadays I'm laying more efforts on reducing my wt.as I'm taught riders with less weight they succeed in winning IEF gold medals but today I think it is more your good caring of horse & practice which makes you win
