Thanks for the great tutorial, I have used this plugin previously and it works! Question is it a way to export the contact form and import to another website. Or is the best way to mirror manually side by side with site your implementing with the contact form?

I believe installing the Post My CF7 Form plugin falls under the latter part of Step 2: Creating a Custom Post Type, as you use the plugin to map the form fields to the post fields.
