Barnaby Chase on One Hit Mode (Billie Bust Up)

The Billie Bust Up pre-alpha got an update to include one-hit mode for the Barnaby chase, so here it is. Other than removing health pickups to prevent getting above one health it's otherwise hard mode but I suppose being on one health can make it a bit more stressful.
What's playable (this chase and the Fantoccio fight) are fun and have some very catchy songs. Definitely looking forward to the full game!

Thanks! Once you get the hang of the level there's not much that's too bad. I still mess up in the cage depending on the fireball drops and the electricity spam before the kebab part sometimes gets me (as the way I do it is jump, slight delay, and double jump to clear three at once).

As someone fairly local to Disneyland, the terrifying yet non-malicious offer at the core of the song gives me so many Grim Grinning Ghosts and general Haunted Mansion vibes, and I love it. The Ghost Host offers to make you the 100th Happy Haunt of the Mansion (and has fun terrifying you during it, see: the hanging man on the Stretching Room ceiling) but it’s all so you can join the crazy party all the ghosts are joining in. Barnaby wants to off you, but it’s because he thinks ANYONE would want to join the wonderful ghost party he’s throwing and that requires being a ghost! Not to mention having a cool or unique death is probably some kind of ghost bragging right or a fun tale to share at parties, so he’s trying to make things as perfect as possible for you, almost like he’s pulling fancy suits out of his own closet to see which one fits you best.

Iirc, the devs mentioned something in a TikTok comment that Barnaby's lipsync is animated to an older version of the song (possibly the scratch track), where Barnaby was the one singing that line and was just putting on a voice. They're updating his facial animations I believe, they're just taking a break from this part of the game now that it's mostly functional.
