I have never met you in person, yet I have a lot of respect for you and your men. You treat the men with the upmost respect. Sometimes that is hard to come by. Seeing a boss that will get their hands dirty earns a whole new level of respect. Love the channel, keep up the good work.

I want to say to anyone that reads the comments: The value of a good dispatcher is not often understood. He or she, has to build a loyalty with the customer, with his drivers and yard crews, and with his own boss. He also has to have a full understanding of the materials he is having hauled as well as the entire layout of the area they service. What roads can handle the vehicles and where the shortcuts, delays and even d.o.t. hidey holes are (just incase). If you get a good one, treat that dispatcher as if they were your number one employee. Good video BTW.

Pearsall home of George Strait. I'am from Pearsall and you are right about there is nothing there. You should have seen it 40 years ago when I grew up there it really was nothing there but great dove and deer hunting area. You do spend a lot of time outdoors and get to do things that you don't get a chance to do in big city's.

This concrete process is very tense. Seems the weak links are with the delivery people and pumpers. Makes me wonder how much they value your business by not preparing beforehand for your needs and then let you hanging until they eventually show up. Good that you do have some reliable vendors though.
