Question? With a regular ceiling insulation build you put in the air flow "trays/ tunnels" to allow air movement, removal of odors & moisture & hot air. I know here where it gets cold these are used so that the snow on the roof doesn't melt & turn to ice & back up under the roofing. You don't need them in the south? I know you almost never get snow but trapped moisture? Chemical odors? Otherwise it looks like they guys did a fantastic job with the insulation & cleaning the overspray off the framing. Who is going to help you with the framing? It can be really heavy, unless you are doing very short sections. Are you going as high as your side walls or to the roof to put in ceilings? That buck was moving really fast. Better get out there for a little hunting action. The grill looked good. Enjoy your dinner.
