In order to keep our recommendations up to date, we maintain a 'Buyer's Guide' (with a wide spectrum of models, and a lot of technical and lifestyle-related information). Organizing our recommendations this way makes it easier to include good models that we haven't made review-videos for yet, as well as to remove models which have developed unforeseen wear-issues over time, or which have been weakened by the manufacturer in their current iterations. You can access the guide (in addition to our 4-part video series on Choosing the Right Stroller for your Lifestyle, and other helpful content), as well as contact us directly on Patreon: www.patreon.com/posts/stroller-buyers-37953864 These materials are also available via channel membership on KZbin: www.youtube.com/@BarnevognverkstedNo/membership , and BuyMeaCoffee: buymeacoffee.com/thestrollerworkshop

My wife and I went to go buy a Yoyo2 last week, but held off due to the under-seat basket. The dimensions are stated on a lot of websites, but what they all fail to mention is that the rear access to the under-seat basket is quite narrow, and the front access is even more so. There are two support bars that run vertically through the front access that made it difficult to put much more than a medium-sized purse under there. We'll most likely be going with the butterfly, so it's nice to hear that your channel approves of this stroller early on!

I had the yoyo2 and bought the butterfly to replace it as I have a tall toddler. At 11 months old his head was touching the top of the seat in the reclined position, whereas the butterfly he still has loads of space to grow and sit comfortably in the seat. In my opinion the butterfly has nicer fabrics, the hood is better, the seat is in a more upright position, fold is easier and the basket is much more accessible. The only things I preferred about the yoyo2 was the zip compartment on the back of the hood and the yoyo was slightly nicer to push, glided round corners one handed. Butterfly is slightly more stiff in corners but still the overall winner for me.

I have the yoyo2 thinking of selling for butterfly and annoys me that pages say the yoyo has taller handlebar because in a sense it does but technically doesn't as it's the top part of the handle that is taller but you don't push it at the top part. Basket is hard work too I hate the basket

Using Yoyo2 with cot attachment for my 2 month old and love it . 🥰. It is so well made and i mam not afraid to travel with it and stuck. Saved me many times where my husband just picked it up baby and evrything and run up the stairs 🤣. In car we put wheels under baby carseat and there is plenty room in car boot 👍. I am pretty sure my daughter will like love toddler seat too.

Tricky decision to make but after testing both I loved the Butterfly! So sturdy and back height makes all the difference for sleepy toddlers. If for plane travel there’s very little in it both absolutely fantastic strollers, but again I love the ease of butterfly no need to put the baby down all done with one hand.

I have Yoyo2. yoyo has nice handling and easy to maneuver. The only thing and the most important detail that i don’t like is that my 1yr old baby is not comfortable on the seat. She tends to put her weight on one side because it has no support on lower back rest. Also, at 1yr old her head almost reached the top of the back rest. Not comfortable for sleeping. Foot rest easily loosen. Overall, in terms of size and parent comfortability babyzen yoyo is the best. Been switching to different brands now by far Aprica Optia Cushion being yhe best everyday stroller for me. My baby can sit there without being fussy for max of 4-5hrs. Will try to buy the bugaboo butterfly this weekend. As im looking for the best travel stroller to bring in on feb.

I purchased BOTH and kept the Butterfly!!! It was a hard decision to make because as you mention both have their pros and cons but ultimately the Butterfly has higher seat back, better upright and recline position, leg rest and basket. By the other hand Babyzen design is soo beautiful and its quality too, better strolling as well. If the Yoyo would have some redesign about the seat, basket and built in legrest AND lower handle for petites!!... (too many things) I'd love it!

For my travel needs the Yoyo 2 was the winner. I have two young kids and having the wheeled board attachment with a seat option is a must for tired toddlers. The Butterfly is coming out with a wheeled board but it doesn’t have a seat attachment. I do have to say the basket on the Butterfly is definitely better than the Yoyo 2 but the fold of the Yoyo 2 is still best, it’s so small and easy to carry! I think people will love both. Both brands have been on the market and are trusted company’s.

@relrel101
@relrel101 2 жыл бұрын
@@Merope4ever The Yoyo 2 wheeled board has a hook on the board and comes with a strap that hangs just below the stroller seat. So when you don’t want to use the board you can lift the board and attach it to the strap so it’s out of the way. But honestly it’s a smooth riding board so sometimes I leave it down so my kiddo can jump on and off whenever he wants and it doesn’t impact the smoothness of the ride. I don’t ever put the board in the basket because I think it would take up too much space, hope that helps!

NEED SERIOUS HELP! I love your channel and pretty addicted to the videos. I have been enjoying your comparison videos for very long, well before I had my first born. Please post a comparison review between leclerc influencer and babyzen yoyo2 as soon as possible as I am in a fix to buy one of these. What attracts me about yoyo2 is -it's reselling point -brand recognition and hence cabin luggage approval by airport staff without a hassle. -compactness and the length of shoulder strap for easy carriage. -something about its design that lends uniqueness(although lots of imitation strollers for yoyo's models are now out there). What repels/bothers me about it is -actually a lot of stuff i.e., -no rain cover. -all the accessories needed to be bought separately and all of them being expensive. -narrow seat (a big turn-off for me) -two-hands-fold while there are so many easy-fold models out there. - pretty expensive -no full recline -no leg-rest (bought separately and very expensive & small) There's so much I like about leclerc and so little that I dislike. It's sturdiness, gliding motion, fabric, seat size, legrest and the reclining position, and the fact that so many accessories come along it, everything is so good except that it has a bumper bar to act as handle and it would have to be taken off while putting it in the overhead cabin to accomodate more luggage. Other than that, being a relatively newer model is also of little concern but I can keep it aside. I'm so torn between yoyo2, joolz aer and the leclerc. Could you please help me decide? Funny thing, I have already ordered a brand new yoyo2 and I got it on sale for upto 3259 sek (with black chassis and air france blue kladding) which is the most expensive one. And I still find myself here on your channel watching videos of Joolz aer and leclerc. (I found a brand new joolz aer for 2500kr in the market place). Which one to choose? It's like I'm looking for one more reason to avoid yoyo but the only thing compelling me to withhold that decision is YOUR preference for yoyo being the first choice. I just wish it had rain cover included and a slightly bigger seat. I trust your reviews a lot but sadly none of your most favourite compact strollers fits the bill for me. (Minu being dismissed due to IATA's guidelines and yoyo for the reasons mentioned above.) Could you help me make my mind? My baby is 5.5 mo old and I'll be travelling when he'll be 6+. However, I want my travel stroller to be a long term investment for me, when the family gets bigger. Thanks. Love your channel and I got my main stroller Uppababy Vista V2 on your recommendation!

My wife got the yoyo 2, supposedly she did the research. I had to spend lot of time put it together since it comes unassembled. I dont know how anybody can think that parents to a 6 month baby has the time to sit and read vague instructions on how to put together a lot of parts. On top of that yoyo 2 does not come with the rain cover (previous models had it), the fron wheels wills tart shaking (tons of videos in amazon about that), wheels are made of plastic (not rubber or anti slip ) and the front wheels dont lock in place. Not sure if the butterfly does lock but I see a plastic switch (white) on video. This is a MUST if you baby sleep while rocking the stroller. I feel bad returning a product that will end up in a pallet or warehouse but is too much money to keep something that the quality and design is so bad.

I also was in between these two strollers because they both have good qualities but I went for the Uppababy v2 because it has ad on snack tray, you can separately purchase. I know it’s silly but my toddler really appreciates that accessory. She loves it but I’m having regrets because the seat on the butterfly is longer than the minu v2. @@jessicapacheco8888 I just got the butterfly, and I’m not sure I’m keeping it! It came scratched so that’s annoying. I don’t like the seat fabric and I see that others have complained about the fabric pilling. When I push The lock to open it back up, it gets stuck and I have to push it way too hard. The foot break is strange, and I don’t like the foot rest very much. How is the minu holding up?

I went to test them both at the store today. I have 4 year old and the butterfly was way nicer & my son fits in perfectly. I also liked the pockit all city stroller ( it folds way smaller than the butterfly and it’s super sturdy as well) but I find the back rest a little longer on the butterfly which I find important since my toddler is tall. I’m still hesitant to spend $400 on a little stroller, for that price I rather buy a wagon, but I want this stroller for our Disney trips. Ugh I’m conflicted still! 😢

I personally wouldn't recommend beezy. Toddler isn't upright much and the system for it broke down quickly (she's a light 2 yr old now) the shade is decent until they are tall enough they get trapped under it.. It's flipped over multiple times and the wheels get leaves, small sticks and blossom stuck constantly to the point of having to take these out every few steps. We do use ours more than a holiday travel use and that could be how all of these issues happened but if you need something for more than a very dry, smooth, short holiday in good weather I would not suggest the beezy as a good option
