In order to keep our recommendations up to date, we maintain a 'Buyer's Guide' (with a wide spectrum of models, and a lot of technical and lifestyle-related information). Organizing our recommendations this way makes it easier to include good models that we haven't made review-videos for yet, as well as to remove models which have developed unforeseen wear-issues over time, or which have been weakened by the manufacturer in their current iterations. You can access the guide (in addition to our 4-part video series on Choosing the Right Stroller for your Lifestyle, and other helpful content), as well as contact us directly on Patreon: www.patreon.com/posts/stroller-buyers-37953864 These materials are also available via channel membership on KZbin: www.youtube.com/@BarnevognverkstedNo/membership , and BuyMeaCoffee: buymeacoffee.com/thestrollerworkshop

I get you with priam. Price is soo high and they should really be amazing to their customers. That being said, my mother in law had money to blow so we have it and I LOVE it! I live on a second floor in a building in Vienna with very bad lift that keeps on breaking so I had to carry it up and down the stairs more than once. One hand fold was God sent at those times, as well as handle on a seat and two whweel mode. Our seat is being used as changing table on almost weekly basis (my daughter’s timing is just something else😅) which beats bucket seats butt. We’re also tall which limited us as well when choosing a stroller and something like joolz hub was out of the picture. I know this is not how you probably judge strollers, but as a mum who likes to take half day trips and do grocery shopping, park and a quick coffee all in one go, the stroller that pushes easily and doubles as changing table is a must.

Agreed the price is scary. We have it and love it too! We got a good deal on it. Ours takes on gravel paths and cobblestone with no worries. So user friendly. Been going strong for 3 years with no issues.

Could you please tell me if there is any difference between the Nuna Triv Next and the Joie Finiti? I don't see any, other than a difference in price (and maybe some fancier fabrics, who knows).

Your videos are just amazing and so super helpful! I bought the bugaboo buffalo after your recommendation. I noticed only now, after the purchase, that the backwheels are bending inwards slighty, nevertheless, I am very happy with the pram. Thanks for all the great work you've been doing, best from Germany.
@BarnevognverkstedNo2 жыл бұрын
Thanks! I'm glad you like them. If you're wheels are bending inwards, you probably need to replace the bearings, or just get a pair of Donkey wheels. :)

What stroller would you recommend for someone looking for a stroller that will last through toddlerhood, is easy to fold up for putting in and out of the car, is good for suburban living especially going to the beach and will hold up to a dad that is little rougher in his handling? I was originally thinking a smaller stroller would be best because I am small and we aren’t the strongest to be lifting a big stroller in and out of the car but now I’m thinking durability and some terrain handling should be more important to us! I just remember when my first two kids were young that pulling our big brutal tandem in and out of the car was horrible and now I’m not sure what to prioritize. Terrain and durability or compact/lightweight transport. Gah I don’t want to be one of those ppl who ends up buying 4 strollers like I was 13 years ago!

This was an amazing video. I picked up the Joolz Hub+ because of it. We originally had the Peg Perego Ypsi, but wanted some more compact for daily use that could also easily fit in our car trunk. I know we’re giving up basket space but that’s fine tbh.

Great video! What are your opinions on stroller wagons?
@AlexisBritton-w6m10 күн бұрын
I have the Cybex Gazelle S and the Nuna Demi Next, the Gazelle feels so much lighter and easier to maneuver. So much so that I wonder if my Demi Next is just a dud. 😭 Everyone told me how much better the Nuna would be, and I don’t love it at all. I reach for the Cybex. Is there something I could be doing wrong? It feels clunky, harder to push/steer and I constantly hit the bottom with my foot despite the handle being maxed out. Not only that, but it feels flimsy with the handle fully extended. Super wobbly! Any tips?! Anyone?!
@Merope4ever2 жыл бұрын
Nice overview. But I wonder why there is no Mountain Buggy model in it, because if you get their Carrycot Plus than you can convert it to a rear facing seat. You can even do this even with the Duet. I know the seats must be narrow. But I think it counts and I see it as an interesting option.

You're absolutely right. TFK has this sort of set-up too. I just wasn't thinking enough outside the box when writing the script. I'll try to do a reversible-seat 3-wheeler video in the future. :)

I'd be interested in hearing your thoughts on this year's new releases (thule shine, baby jogger city sights, emmaljunga alu s, emmaljunga kite150/250...) I don't know if they are available in Norway yet - but here in Finland are already available to order :)

Hey! I always follow your videos and it helped me a lot to choose my son’s stroller. Now we are looking for a more compact model, I’ve already made a decision based on your reviews, however recently I started to see advertisements on the brand Twistandshake. I know it’s a Swedish brand and I know the products for feeding the baby. Do you know anything about their stroller? Thank you :) keep up the good work

That will always depend on your lifestyle. You can always go and pay premium and be covered on all sides but if you won't use it to its fullest potential you could go for a lower tier and save a few bucks for what you will be really going to use it for

Good review. There seems to be so many negatives for every stroller it can be hard to distinguish if you like any of the strollers. A pros and cons list would be easier to figure out which stroller tailors to individual needs.
@BarnevognverkstedNo2 жыл бұрын
I do like several of them, I promise. :) Our perspective comes from running a repair workshop (as in fixing what has gone wrong), so it's always been a bit easier for me to identify the negatives (at least with the mechanical stuff). But every stroller has it's pluses and minuses, so it's just about finding what you can live with. :)

Im looking for a light weight stroller that i can use from newborn up until toddler, i really like the idea of the travel systems in which the seats can be reversed. However I really do like the yoyo😅 what would you recommend, the nuna triv next or the yoyo2 with the carseat/newborn package? I do travel often but also go on walks in the city during the summer
@anaisandclaire95672 жыл бұрын
For ultra compacts with a newborn without a car seat (for exemple the Yoyo with newborn package, as you mentioned), there is the Jollz Aer with a bassinet. We owned the Aer (although we never used it with the bassinet so I can't say if its bassinet is good) and it's a really great ultra compact. However we replaced it with the Bugaboo Butterfly, which I find better but does not come with any newborn possibility except the car seat. That being said, I live in a rather smooth terrain environment and I don't think I would have liked to have an ultra compact as my main stroller for daily use with a baby (we started using both the Aer and the Butterfly from toddlerhood), for two reasons. 1) as much as the Aer and the Butterfly are capable of handling our local terrain, it's just not the same comfort for my child nor myself, compared to a bigger sized model. 2) once the bassinet is outgrown, baby can only face forward. Which I would have been fine with on some occasions but not all the time : my baby never ever fell asleep forward facing (too much to see!) but would fall asleep while facing me. I also liked being able to interact with my baby, which is just not the same if we are not facing each other. Hope that gives a little insight and helps a bit!

Thanks!! This is super helpful! Maybe the nuna triv next is the way to go. What would you recommend for a newborn stroller?
@Marina-zb2iz2 жыл бұрын
@@lubnahassan124 If you like the look and the features of the Nuna Triv Next, take a look at the Joie Finiti. Same (parent-)company, same look/design/built, probably only difference is the price tag. You may afford an extra ultracompact with the money you save from going for the Finiti instead of the Triv.

The problem with the strollers that you highly recommend is that neither of them allows the child to lay flat when they outgrow the bassinet. I don’t want my child to lay with their legs bend. Would you know why Uppa, Jollz, Bugaboo make them like that? I have Uppa cruz and I am looking for one that will allow laying flat but you r reviews are discouraged me from Nuna and Cybex :-(
@Erin-op6hd6 ай бұрын
Their legs lie flat ..it means not the back is completely flat and as a baby is not a newborn anymore they have neck and body tone now so it's not logical to lie flat anymore
