Hey Barns Courtney, I just wanted to say that I love your songs. You might get this a lot, but I want to tell you something. One year ago, I rarely listened to songs and didn`t invest in myself that much. But in late February, early Mars, I discovered your music. When I first listened to your songs, I noticed it had this energy, compared to other songs I've previously listened to. My school had just closed down, I remember having an intention of doing my best during home school, but soon that motivation faded. When I was exhausted and in the need of some refreshment, I would go out jogging. I remember my training playlist would start with other artists, which was played during my warmup. But just as I was warmed up, and was going to give it all, I always listened to your songs. Your songs gave me this motivation to really test how far I can go, and how far I can stretch my own capabilities. This psychology is something I also integrated into my daily life when I realized that the only roofs which prevent me from making a change, are the mental roofs I place over myself. What I mean with I love your songs because I loved how they made me make a change to how I looked at themthings. Like how it changes my view of things, I believe your songs can change the view of others. And man, if you're still being an artist by the time I have a stable enough economy, too sometime visit your concerts, ill promise you`ll see me there. Keep up the great work man, and really hope you and your close ones get through this tough times in one peace.

I was 21 fiancée had just left me moved into a crappy apartment by myself broke and was unsure of my future or what would happen next I also suffered from psychosis for the first time in my life, there where so many nights I would put in my headphones and stare at the wall crying myself to sleep to this song just praying to make it through. I felt utterly helpless and alone with only god there for me. Help never came I had to become stronger and move forward from one day to the next I’m 25 now I wish I could go back in time and comfort younger me. Because I know he really needed it. Listening to this song always takes me back to that time it’s beautifully written and sung and I’m forever grateful for it. Sometimes the only person who can save you is you.

Seriously man , I am in tears . I have been your fan since your first album and I can’t explain in words how much I relate and vibe to your lyrics . You have been opening up with people in the comments and it all feels so wonderful and I get emotional . the way you described the girl who would smoke cigarettes with a blowtorch xD was mind blowing and I feel so inspired by your song writing . You are once in a lifetime musician and I hope you keep moving on and be even more famous . The way you explain your songs to fans in the comments and in your live concerts is just Marvelous and I feel a bit unlucky that you won’t be able to come to India as the people in India are more into materialistic music rather than the music which speaks to your soul and which relates with the melancholic stories that we hide . Damn this is one long comment , I generally don’t comment on your videos but after listening to the melody and relating to each and every line of your album , I feel like I should comment and put my heart out here . Thanks barns as always for your lovely music
