There is a protocol in Halo lore in case a Spartan gets infected by the Flood, likely put into place after specialized Spartan fireteams to combat the Flood were put into place. Basically, the area is nuked like two times and then lit on fire. The UNSC really doesn't want to take any chances.

The moment I learned about ODSTs in Halo lore I fell in love with the concept. It was just so cool. Their flaming skull emblem, their nickname being Helljumpers, their pods, their visor complexity, and their multipurpose trait. They all have a separate purpose in the team. On top of this the game ODST featured stealth advantages which was awesome. It was all just so cool

John almost got infected by the flood. That is the only thing he truely fears. You know the first contact on the Installation 04 with the flood, well in the books, they almost got him. An infection form got underneath the air tight body suit, however, Cortana saved him in the nick of time by using the armour to let out an electrical shock that got rid of the infection form. Oh and ODST (Orbital Drop Shock Trooper) colours can be done on their shoulder pads and 1 middle line on the helmet from above the visor to the back. Finally, the Sangheili (Elites) and Jiralhanae (Brutes) would both be interesting to add. Thel 'Vadam (Arbiter Halo 2 and 3) Rtas 'Vadum (Ship Master Halo 3), Tartarus (Halo 2), Atrox (Halo Wars 2), Voridus (Halo Wars 2) and Pavium (Halo Wars 2) could be characters you could add.

Also the odst's in halo 3:odst all had different armors, but no one is expecting you to give the ones in tabs names and designations. The odst's you run into as chief are generally uniform and have one thing in common, mostly if not entirely black armor. It really isn't that big of a deal, people are just pointing out he's talking like he's this big halo fan and yet he's making very basic mistakes. But yeah, they're losers, not the guy white knighting for a youtuber who's getting extremely mild backlash (moreso mild teasing) for making very basic mistakes on a franchise he's talking like he's a big fan of.

Hey Baron, could you pls add flags and a ravenfield mod, so that whenever units die, they respawn instead of dying forever unless they fell off the map. Could you upgrade the Halo drop pods, so that it will shake the ground when one lands, killing any units nearby, and that it will detonate a few seconds after it's passenger get away, to destroy armies it accidentally lands on. And could you add a mod that makes all the units fight each other. Finally, since I love Starcraft and since you play it, could you make a Starcraft mod, but it might be the hardest mod for you to make. If you manage, then you would be able to do anything afterwards and I would be very pleased.

A Halo mod cant be a Halo mod without the Covies. Elites ( most likely with plasma rifles and swords ), grunts with pistols an needlers, the old classic hunters, and jackals with carbines and snipers
