The reason the defenders aren't an even number is because if they're placed on buildings, it deletes the unit instead of just pushing them elsewhere.

hey 2 tips for you.... the reason the 1st battle had the wrong number is units wont spawn on buildings. also if you change the formation to say a decimal for example .7 they become skinner left to right. and if you make the number larger than 1 say 12 they lose depth and grow left to right.

Baron you should re-do the battle by changing the rank shape to fit the Spartans perfectly on a choke point. This can make the battle more epic (huge corpse wall), more accurate, and more in favour of the Spartans.

I think some people didn't understood what the idea of the movie 300 was. Of course it's not accurate because first is based on a super stylised graphic novel based on the historical event. And second, it's supposed to be told through one of the spartans as a story which gets into the myth level, exaggerating certain facts so what we are observing is the warriors's imagination which are listening to the story, in order to get them interested and even excited into going to battle.

when you place an army, if there's a barrier in the way, like a building, the game just deletes units in the way of that barrier. that's why sometimes you had uneven amounts and stuff

A suggestion for the next battle could be at the same bridge, but instead of 300 Spartans 500 ww2 soldiers modified to have 5 times the attack speed of the normal against regular Persians (not modified) and have 10000 of those charging the bridge. Make sure to have the ww2 people holding position.

Charge of the Light Brigade; 500 cavalry in a long canyon. Along the sides are archers at hold position. And at the end are footman guarding a few archers. Buff the cavalry to 2x their current stats. In the first battle you set the chickens as the defenders so they added to the defenders numbers and thats why that group of heavy knight join the battle on the hill after the main group

Random Scenario I just thought of. Set in your typical fantasy kingdom. There's a peasant rebellion, but this time one Soviet rifle regiment has been displaced from space and time, and after being transported to this kingdom is preparing to help the peasants win. Team 1: The Proletariat / Peasant Rebels 2000 footmen (rebellious soldiers) 1500 spearmen (peasants with pitchforks) 2500 Persians (slaves) 800 archers (foresters supportive of the rebellion) +700 US soldiers behind that (1 regiment of Soviet troops. URRAH COMRADE!!) -Give US soldiers x20 attack speed for more dakka. And x2 attack. Total: 7500 units (Numbers are adjustable) Vs Team 2: The Kingdom (aka those evil royalist pigs) 1500 Romans (soldiers from the neighboring kingdom. Baron, I have a unit suggestion: Matt Demon. Attack speed: 10000 Movement speed:0 Put 1 of them against roughly 20000 Golden Knights and 37 (cause I said so) chickens with 10000 health (everything else for the chickens remains the same).

Hello, If you are still taking suggestions... I would love to see 50,000 Footmen, and 10000 Archers Vs. 25000 Ogres and 24000 Orcs, with 1000 Goblins (or Zombies since they don't have Goblins). You can name it something else but you can call it Battle Of the Armies

The battle of agincourt. A legendary battle in history where a small army quelled an invasion of england stopping them from taking over. 250 archers with extra attack speed, about 3x 750 heavy knights And one gold knight just represent the leader. And on the french side: 15,000 footmen with a 5% less health modifier and 200 heavy knight all weakened by 50%. I'm sorry for the inconvenience if you cannot modify all of them and because the english were supposed to win in history doesn't mean they have to win now, adjust how ever you need.

Uhm... Lord of the RIngs Moria: you'd have: 2000 dwarven melee soldiers (Perhaps heavy knights) and 500 archers, also backing up you'd have cavalry (400, I guess), and on the goblins' team you will have 4000 weaker infantry (you know the units better, I'll let you decide) and also 2000 weaker achers.

if you put the speed higher the archers catapults etc shoot faster and that means that they kill people really easy

You should do a water invasion of the castle At the castle on the water map (forgot what it was called) Offense: 2000 foot men in the water on the left of the island (2 shape formation) 2000 romans in water right of the island (2 shape formation) 50 Spartans on the bridge out back Defense 250 catapults on the hills shooting out towards the water MG-42 (make a custom unit with a us soldier that has 100x attack speed but only 10 damage) put them lined up along the shores and on the stairs in a column 100 heavy knights in the castle

If you are doing custom battles, then could you do either the battle under Farthen^dur, or the siege of Uru'ban? If you don't know what those are, look 'em up... it will be worth your time

If you need a unit count on that, it will be as follows: TEAM ONE (the varden) ~ One footman with 10x attack speed, 2500 health, and 10x attack damage (Eragon) 2000 footmen (Humans) 200 archers 20 archers with 3x dammage and 5x attack speed (Du Varden Gata) One really strong... Well whatever looks like a dragon, and make it stronger than Eragon TEAM TWO: 1000 giant ogers (Kull) 20000 orcs (Urgals) One golden knight with 20x strength, but .75 attack speed (Durza - this isn't acurate for his slowness, but we have to keep it fair) And thats it, I REALLY think this would be a cool battle!!

Whenever you place units on trees or buildings, they don't actually get spawned in, that's why the numbers were weird .
