wait... in PVP when your enemy fight neutral, you control the neutral?

Yes indeed You have the option to. And likewise when I battle AI neutral creep, he has the option to control them. Pretty awesome feature. Also love the fact that turns are played simultaneously. Very cool pvp functions.
