Good morning Rachel my name is Desmond I am about to go to Adelaide travelling through to the fllinders ranges leaving Adelaide following the Stuart highway upto Darwin a 16 day wildlife adventure with AAT tours bus first time ever I have be to the flinders ranges and the northern territory flying qantas departure date 5th of august 2024 the tour starts the 6th of august 2024 going to the wilpena pound resort now Rachel do I need a winter jumper and a puffer jacket I am so excited the last time I left new Zealand that was in 2018 because new Zealand had lockdowns and covid jacinda adern was prime minister now we have Christopher luxon as prime minister of I have be to Sydney Brisbane cairns Noosa Melbourne Adelaide how hot is it during the day do I need a fly netted hat apparently I need one for uluru do I need to buy suntan lotion is there a cafeor roadhouse near flinders ranges how far is it from Adelaide to the flinders ranges I cannot wait to get there I have not heard of the flinders ranges and other places on the Stuart highway I did not know northern territory had a rose name after there's a lot of things I did not know about the flinders ranges and the northern territory our group is staying at a under ground hotel in coober pedy how cool is that I did not know this place existed even the flinders ranges our group is staying at the Crowne plaza double tree hotel resorts motor inn going to a camel ranch fly over arnhem land go air balloning first time ever camel ride cruise the yellow billabong river cruise the Katherine gorge first time ever the whole trip is 3,030 km long new Zealand is only 1,000 km long the trip is costing me $17,000 for18 days roughly a $ 1,000 a day that includes accomadation and food no transfers airfare $,1000 travel insurance $400. 00 one night acc $400.00 plus a $ 100.00 bond optional tours extra how beautiful are the flinders ranges can you get a nice glass of wine I love my wines I went to barassa valley visited beautiful wine places had a beautiful lunches flinders looks amazing and your video was outstanding it's only 15 degrees freezing in Auckland new Zealand we are in the middle of winter the farther you go down new Zealand the colder it gets we are second to the antarctic the south island is the only place you can get large meals and a large beer it's a lot cheaper compare to other places looking forward to the large meals in the pubs and roadhouses looking forward to see these beautiful ranges Rachel as they say happy trails Rachel from the long white cloud as the marois call new Zealand as we say in new Zealand people leaving new Zealand bon voyage and safe travels thanks Rachael for a great video
