Good gosh Ronnie was a truly gifted guitar player. The tone, tasty phrasing, aggressive style and presence on stage. Good song writer too

Ronnie was my friend Friday and Saturday nights at Fern Park Station in Altamonte Springs Florida some of the best times ever Greg sure love that wild turkey and chase it with a ice cold Budweiser Ronnie love those ice cold Budweiser. I remember my first time ever seein these guys was @ the hurricane andrew benefit concert me and my crew got in for a can of food donation Russ Albums was MC'N. After that day i was addicted to THE STRANGER BAND. No venue was to far, no show was to late at nite.Those were damn sure the good ol days brother. R.I.P. Ronnie!

These boys were like having my own local Van Halen. I'd give anything to have a few more nights rockin out with this line up. I used to light cigs and feed them to Tommy throughout the shows too. And Ronnie would rub my sister's and I hair while playing... Miss!

They are performing under the name of "The Greg Billings Band" and they played all their iconic Stranger songs at this year's 2008 ribfest in St. petersburg, florida. I thought they were great.

ya know, Ronnie had an extremely tweaked pickup in that strat...most guys that tried to play it, couldnt hold the bar chords down and make it sound right....he showed me what he was doing to get it to shine up right....very unique approach.....Greg remembers everything even though he claims it was a blurr....lol
