Its not complicated. Police, FBI, etc are not supposed to manufacture a crime. You are not supposed to go to an interview with transcripts of a call, then ask questions about the call, or insinuate answers are not truthful or inaccurate, to manufacture perjury. You have to have a CRIMINAL predicate to interview the person. The FBI had no reason to interview Flynn as is evidence by the handwritten note with clearly shows confusion as to why the FBI were going to interview Flynn. They had no reason to talk to Flynn and as Comey brags, he bypass protocol and seemed to decide to have a "conversation" with Flynn on a whim. The agents interviewing Flynn found no deception and were going to close the case. Strzok kept it open saying there was interest from the "7th floor" (comey). They then decided to use the Logan act and Flynns son to pressure him into pleading guilty.

How can you plea to something that is not a crime????,..🤦♂️ - I’m a former prosecutor and current defense attorney in Texas, there’s a reason a plea to anything has to be accepted or rejected by a judge to make sure it is a lawful, accurate, and valid plea under law - it’s depressing to hear these types of responses from Mr. Barr -
