I was taught to start the bleeding on the longest brake line first and work your way back to shortest run, not sure about the inline though. Maybe a reverse bleeder too..

Couldn't you laser cut some adaptors for let's say honda civic calipers from the wreakers on the rear. And have a separate reservoir on the hand break. The res can get stored in the rear and have a rod run to it from the lever. Should take bugger all for laser cutter to make those brakes mounts
