Barreirinhas - Beyond Lençóis

We visited the city of Barreirinhas in the state of Maranhão during the Rota das Emoções. We took 3 tours: Lagoa Bonita, Caburé and Atins.
The video contains the entire itinerary, tours, food and at the end the total cost to help with your planning. Remembering that the best months to travel to the Lençóis Maranhenses are from June to August, when the lagoons are full.
For us, Barreirinhas goes far beyond the Lençóis Maranhenses. We learned a lot about Maranhão culture in this city.
About the tours:
Lagoa Bonita has a very long route and the trail is a bit difficult. Her view is beautiful for the first contact with the sheets.
The boat trip to Caburé was super enjoyable and we were able to get an insight into the local culture, which is very interesting. Some people take advantage of this tour to travel to Atins and stay there.
During the trip to Atins we got stuck in quicksand and had to abandon the car.
The entire route was created by us, without the help of any agency. All prices are shown in the video.
