All good Irish pubs require certain features. Somewhere cozy to sit. Edible food. As Jon quickly observes, these bars are Irish in name only.

@TeddyOG
@TeddyOG 2 жыл бұрын
That's why I always laugh when they say 'no one complained about (food)' because most people will just pay, leave and never come back. And if it's not close to where they live they probably won't bother with a review either unless it was truly vile. So no vocal complaints means nothing. And to the Norcal Drivers guy, fast food is different because there's an actual menu, guide and specific instructions as well as expectations involved. These places obviously have nothing like that integrated whatsoever. So I consider that notion apples to orangutans in relevance

And it was awful listening to those women throw slurs at each other. Shameful, I hate how only sex-slurs are considered acceptable in society, even though every knows to be ashamed if they were to use racial or ethno-religious slurs, or other like that. But slurs aimed at females? Just fine, misogyny is so all-pervasive (and accepted and practised by women as self-hatred and hatred of each other) that sex slurs are just fine and dandy, not even worth censoring most of the time. What a sick world that the half of the human race that literally makes people (gives birth) is hated and denigrated like that, and barely anyone cares or even acknowledges it. I'm disgusted by this everyday, because I'm confronted by it everyday. There's no escape from it.
