More Giants now, and Fortress with Rocket Punch is really good against those. Barrier also holds longer now because of less stormcallers and you can use missile interceptor if needed. Fortress might be one of the big winners of this patch and see a lot more play than before.

5:00 Assuming the numbers on the wiki are correct (282 hp and 189 attack per unit model): A wasp kills another wasp in 1.49 (2) attacks A wasp with the tower defense upgrade(+15%) kills another wasp in 1.71 (2) attacks A wasp with armor spec(+17%) kills another wasp in 1.75 (2) attacks A wasp with both additive (+32%) kills another wasp in 1.97 (2) attacks A wasp with both multiplicative (+34.55%) kills another wasp in 2.01 (3) attacks Based on the footage(4:52) and how the game works in general I think the health increase is additive and the health bonuses make no difference in a wasp vs wasp fight of equal level and no tech. Edit: I didn't take the mass produced aspect in account here, but since it reduces hp and attack both equally(-35%) and both you and the opponent have it, I bet it doesn't make a difference.

Stat changes of the same type to the same stat are additive, but otherwise it's all multiplicative. So the final HP of an armor spec tower upgrade mass produced wasp is 282 * (1 - 0.35) * (1 + 0.15 + 0.17) = 241.956. But you are correct that it doesn't *quite* reach a breakpoint. I assume what happened here is that the opponent's pack of wasps came in a clump and got hit by a full broadside by the freshly-spawned wasps on cub's side

I feel like the backwards path of the mobile beacon makes no sense early game, for instance at 7:15 you see that they only come back when the battle is already over. I think that in general you could probably benefit from using a bit shorter paths.

You are probably right. I rarely think about it anymore, my attention is usually elsewhere. Need to keep an eye on it

I noticed you dont level your units much is leveling up bad?

It really depends. There is no general answer. I mainly do not level chaff (crawlers and fangs when they are just there to distract), and chaff clear (arclights oneshot fangs and crawlers anyways, if all are level 1). I try not to upgrade any unit where it will not make an impact on the interactions if that makes sense. An exception here though, are Marksmen for example. They are still good to level, even if they oneshot everything early game, because leveled snipers are also good lategame vs anything that is more tanky, like for example giant units. It just comes with experience I think. Before upgrading any unit, ask yourself, "would this actually make a difference?" Leveled units also give more xp when they die by the way, so that is an additional downside to keep in mind before upgrading.

Is it me or melting points are the second worst unit only after wasps? Their function can be done by other more versatile units and has easy counters to nulify them.

I faced against fortress punch today but I win with EMP stormcallers, that device thing will explode itself after intercept some of my valleys, its like a second intercept that can't do it enough just need some MI mustangs anyway.

Interesting. Have not had an issue with that. Also sounds like this could be fixed with better positioning of the turrets maybe.
