A mate of mine and I went through Barringun many years ago on our way back from Queensland, we wre offered the pub and all buildings for less than $30 K .... terrible to see how these small towns have gone ...

Gotta love the random Phone box in the middle of nowhere. I remember being parked up in a parking about 15 years ago, off the main roads, somewhere in the Midwest and this random phone box, ruined my view of the night sky.
