Qamar Cheema, it is not crisis of leadership in Pakistan but it is crisis of understanding in nuances of statement coming from Dr. Jaishankar by yourself. Dr. Jaishankar just said "our neighbors" which encompass Bangaladesh, Sri Lanka, China, Nepal, Bhutan along with Pakistan. Nobody reacted to the statement except Pakistan. Hamid Bhashani -- please educate Qamar Cheema about Secret Clause of Shimla Agreement of July 1972 --- LC as IB .this is the only route to peace with India . Also , Shimla agreement had dumped UNO resolution of 13 August 1948- which talked of plebiscite in Kashmir Qamar Cheema sahib should also know the clauses of the above UN resolution which was rejected by Pakistan then -- because pak was asked to vacate POK before India was to carry out referendum . In any case Shimla agreement had put an end to UN resolution . This is why Indra Gandhi had allowed Bhutto to take Gilgit - Baltistan directly under federal control . Qamar Cheema -- stop focussing on India -- pay attention to Mulla - Military fiasco in Pakistan and carry out a movement to ensure progressive democracy-- where Mullas - military do not dictate . There can never be a solution for Kashmir, as long as the Military Controls Politics. Kashmir is the only reason why the Military budget is so high. Jinnah refused Kashmir( including sparsely populated Buddhist Ladakh, and Hindu majority Jammu) saying he is not interested in that godforsaken mountain region, but would rather have Golden Hyderabad and Nizam with Pakistan.. The only solution is, the LOC becomes the permanent border, which is not acceptable to Pakistani Army. If Yes, then Pakistan will not have a bogey enemy and the Army will not have this huge budget. Pakistani politics needs a Kashmir problem to be used again and again.

Chema Saab is patriotic Pakistani so he is not understanding that Pakistani attitude towards terrorism has not changed. They r still not a normal country and no country can have normal relationships with Pakistan.
