Great review I’m looking for a inexpensive blind for hunting pigs I can sort of leave semi portable Plenty of space Ample view I can brush it in and leave for a few months Plenty of space inside I can live with the zippers going in and out Not worried about the weight setting it up I can drive close to the spot Looks like a decent buy

Nice size but that's it. That blind was a nightmare as far as opening the mesh. It was pretty complicated getting a view having to play with other adjustments to get the opening wider. By the time you open mesh or adjust anything the deer is gone. Only if the windows are open to shoot and you don't have to play with them is that blind going to really work well. Put three guys in it and you have a nice visit but really you are not going to hunt effectively. You would be better off with a less complicated see through wall blind. You couldn't give me that blind if I had to hunt out of it. No offense. Too many negatives for me. The noisy zipper doesn't bother me as bad as the window adjustments. I always go out a half hour to an hour before daylight and am in and zipped up. Usually zipping slowly. Zipper noise is nowhere near as troublesome as those silly adjustments on the windows.

Very good comments. I can see your point on the windows. As I’ve hunted in it a few times now I have noticed I really have to get the windows set almost exactly like I want them without needing to move them much at all. In a few cases even moving the mesh can be a little tricky. I still don’t find it that bad and have figured out to really take some time initially to get the fabric so that I don’t need to move it at all and the mesh so that it’s none or very little movement needed. With that done I haven’t had a problem, but it does take a little more effort to get it all set right than many other blinds.

So u like it more than double bull or at least for durability ?
@davidellisoutdoors3247 Жыл бұрын
Yes. I guess time will tell if it indeed lasts longer/better than the double bull. In a perfect world I'd like the zipper-less design of the double bull with the durability (hopefully) of the baronnette.

Just a heads up, Primos will cover the hubs under their warranty. One my hubs broke after 3 years and they repaired it.

I have several Barronett blinds. My opinion is they are the best blind on the market. One place that really needs to be addressed is the brush loops. The material dry rotted in the first year.

You have to be kidding. Those windows and mesh adjustments are a nightmare compared with most other brands made.

I like the fact that there is no pinholes all over be nice if it had a floor so i can use it for camping 🏕
@garrytalley800911 ай бұрын
Use a tarp for a floor or sleep on a cot if you don't like the ground. Just saying you can improvise. Personally, I don't like this blind for hunting and wouldn't use it to hunt if they gave it to me for free. But it most likely is roomy enough to use it to camp.
